Work assignments and tasks can change on a daily basis based on the immediate needs of the company but typically include picking orders, packing pr\n...\noduct, loading/unloading trucks via forklift (stand-up), and assisting in facility housekeeping.\nSchedule:6:00AM to 2:00PM\nPay per hour:$20.00\nBenefits:\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401k\nLife Insurance\nA Day In The Life\n\u2022 Flexible to work in all areas and tasks of the warehouse including but not limited to small parcels, ups area, shipping/receiving tasks, and dock areas\n\u2022 Able to accurately and efficiently put-away or pick materials via material handling equipment\n\u2022 Must load material in a manner to ensure damage-free shipments and per customer specific requirements\n\u2022 Required to stage material, prepare documents for reporting inbound and outbound shipments, process UPS inbound shipments and returned goods\n\u2022 Able to operate a reach truck, forklift, or other material handling equipment\n\u2022 Comply with a company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines\n\u2022 Participate in team/safety meetings\n\u2022 Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the facility through the 5s methodology\n\u2022 Complete other duties as assigned\nWhat will help you thrive in this role?\n\u2022 1-2 years\u2019 experience in warehousing and forklift operation is preferred\n\u2022 Must have forklift (stand-up) experience\n\u2022 Must be 18 years of age by the start of the position\n\u2022 Able to perform work for a minimum of eight hours in fast-paced environment\n\u2022 Able to walk, hear, see, and have full use of both hands\n\u2022 Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5 - 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor\n\u2022 Capable of handling multiple tasks at once and is detailed-results oriented\n\u2022 Able to be flexible and demonstrate the ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals/demands, including overtime\n\u2022 Working knowledge of SAP and/or BlueYonder is preferred\n\u2022 Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions from oral or written communications\n\u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent is desired\nHubbell Incorporated\nHubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
