Position: Front Desk Associate (Overnight)\nJoin to apply for the Front Desk Associate (Overnight) role at First Service Residential\nJob Overview:\nAs a Front Desk Associate, you\u2019ll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; chec\n...\nks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.\nYour\nResponsibilities\n\u2022 Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.\n\u2022 Monitors Emergency Response System.\n\u2022 Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.\n\u2022 Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.\n\u2022 Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.\n\u2022 Monitors and controls access to the building.\n\u2022 Maintains daily log, records, and forms.\n\u2022 Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.\n\u2022 Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).\n\u2022 May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.\n\u2022 Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.\n\u2022 Other duties as required.\nSkills & Qualifications\n\u2022 High school diploma or equivalency preferred.\n\u2022 College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.\n\u2022 Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.\n\u2022 Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.\n\u2022 Effective written and verbal communication skills.\n\u2022 Multiple language fluency is desirable.\n\u2022 Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.\nPhysical Requirements\n\u2022 Ability to lift 30 \u2013 50 lbs.\n\u2022 Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.\n\u2022 Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.\n\u2022 Reach with hands and arms.\n\u2022 Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.\n\u2022 Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions\n\u2022 Complete all required forms.\n\u2022 Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.\n\u2022 Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.\nWhat We Offer\nAs a full-time associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.
