Overview\nWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Baker to join our team at our bustling doughnut shop. As a Baker, you\u2019ll be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other baked treats that keep our customers coming back for more. This position starts at 12:00 AM, making it ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, focused work and takes pride\n...\nin perfecting each batch.\nDuties\n\u2022 Prepare and bake a variety of doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other baked goods daily.\n\u2022 Decorate baked items consistently and creatively according to shop standards.\n\u2022 Manage daily prep and dough-making to ensure consistent product quality.\n\u2022 Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.\n\u2022 Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking baking ingredients.\n\u2022 Collaborate with the team to plan for special orders, seasonal offerings, and peak hours.\n\u2022 Troubleshoot baking issues and adjust recipes or techniques as needed.\n\u2022 Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and operational procedures precisely.\nSkills\n\u2022 Prior baking experience is preferred, but we\u2019re open to candidates with a strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn.\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and efficiently in the early morning hours.\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and consistency in baking and decorating.\n\u2022 Solid understanding of basic kitchen safety and food handling practices.\n\u2022 Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.\n\u2022 Time management skills to ensure all products are ready by opening.\n\u2022 Team player mindset with strong communication and a positive attitude.\nJoin our team as a Baker and help us bring joy to our community, one fresh doughnut at a time!\nJob Types: Full-time, Part-time\nPay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour\nWork Location: In person
