Base Pay\nThis role has a minimum base pay from $20.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.\nPurpose\nThe Receiving Associate is responsible for assisting in the warehouse operations of the retail store. In addition, the Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading, auditing, and staging product to recover store inventory. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.\n...\nMinimum Eligibility Requirements\n\u2022 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred\n\u2022 Experience driving a forklift is preferred\n\u2022 Effective communication skills (oral and written)\n\u2022 Attentive to detail\n\u2022 Ability to work in different weather conditions\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines\n\u2022 Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons\nEssential Functions\n\u2022 Act in a manner that is consistent with the company\u2019s core values\n\u2022 Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection\n\u2022 Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed\n\u2022 Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures\n\u2022 Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse\n\u2022 Perform other related duties as directed by management\n\u2022 Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company\u2019s safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures\n\u2022 Complete required department and equipment training (must be forklift certified)\nWorking Conditions (travel, hours, environment)\n\u2022 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.\nPhysical/Sensory Requirements\nPhysical Work \u2013 Ability exert 30 \u2013 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
