Job Title: Quality Inspector\nJob Description\nWe are a precision CNC manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that machined parts meet both the specifications of the drawings and the customer's quality standards.\nSchedule & Pay\nPay: $22-$26/hr\n1st Shift:\n...\nM-TH 6am- 4:30pm & Fri 6am – 2:30 overtime\n2nd Shift: M-TH 4:15pm - 2:45am\nResponsibilities\n• Conduct inspections of incoming materials.\n• Perform in-process inspections of products.\n• Ensure machined parts meet tight tolerance and customer quality standards.\n• Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.\n• Conduct first article inspections.\n• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.\nEssential Skills\n• Extensive experience with measuring equipment: micrometers, calipers, and gauges.\n• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).\n• Experience with first article inspections.\n• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.\n• Basic computer and documentation skills.\n• Basic math skills.\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications\n• High school diploma.\n• Experience with PCDMIS software (CMMS system).\n• Experience inspecting metals/tools in a shop setting.\nWhy Work Here?\nJoin a company where precision and quality are valued, and where you can work in a supportive environment with a team of experts.
